Description
 This test delineates a subgroup of patients with severe IgA deficiency (IgA concentration <0.5 mg/L) who may be at risk of anaphylaxis if given infusions of blood products containing IgA. They should be monitored for antibodies to IgA using "ID-PaGIA Anti-IgA antibody test", to determine their risk of transfusion associated anaphylaxis.
